Our Team

Ashley Suarez

MPAS, BPH, BS, PA-C

  • As a highly skilled and experienced physician assistant, I am committed to providing exceptional patient care and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advances. With extensive training in emergency medicine and acute care, as well as experience in primary care and rural health, I am able to navigate complex medical situations with ease and provide compassionate care to patients of all ages.

After completing my education at Touro Manhattan in 2016, I trained in New York City, working at Columbia University as a surgical ICU PA for one year. This experience gave me a solid foundation in critical care and taught me how to manage patients in high-stress environments. From there, I moved to Las Vegas, where I pursued my passion for emergency medicine and worked in the ERs until COVID-19 hit.

In 2020, I felt compelled to help in any way I could with the COVID-19 pandemic, so I began going on deployments throughout the United States. My first deployment was in New Orleans, LA, where I worked at the Ernest Memorial convention center as an overflow shelter for hospitals overwhelmed with COVID-19 patients. I then became a lead physician assistant in Laredo, TX, managing an Acute Care Site specifically for COVID-19 patients who required pulmonary rehab support. Since then, I have gone on multiple deployments, including providing hurricane shelter relief and traveling to the U.S. Virgin Islands, where I have worked in rural emergency rooms and primary care.

My extensive experience and dedicated work ethic make me an invaluable asset to any medical team. I have a selfless nature that allows me to put others' needs first in any situation, always striving to provide the best possible care to my patients. My commitment to delivering exceptional patient care is characterized by punctuality, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I am also committed to promoting wellness and prevention. Currently, I focus on serving patients in a wellness space, helping them lose weight and build healthy lifestyles to contribute to small daily habits as we age. I practice what I preach and believe in the importance of prevention and longevity medicine, making it a priority to keep up with the latest medical advances and incorporate them into my practice.

Overall, I am a highly skilled and experienced physician assistant who is committed to providing exceptional patient care in any setting. Whether working in acute care, primary care, or a wellness space, I am dedicated to helping my patients achieve optimal health and well-being.

Jesse Harvey

Foreign Medical Doctor, MPAS, PA-C, University Professor

  • My name is Jesse Harvey and I have over 30 years of experience in the medical field as a foreign medical doctor and physician assistant. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to teach a diverse range of medical professionals including medical assistants, phlebotomists, emergency medical technicians, nursing, physician assistant, and medical students critical care skills. For the past 30 years, I have led a team approach to basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, and pediatric advanced life support. As a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Physician Assistant Studies Program, I seek to build these critical skills in other medical providers to instill the confidence required to accomplish the task at hand and provide them with the ability to become a successful provider.

My background in the military as a combat medic, EMT, and nurse has further shaped my medical career. I served as a physician assistant in the US Army and became a TCMC (tactical combat medical course) instructor, where I trained groups prior to deployment into austere environments. This course was particularly challenging and consisted of advanced life-saving tactics and clinical skills in the field. I am currently writing a book about this experience.

My goal is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to each and every individual who walks through my door. Whether it's managing chronic conditions, addressing acute concerns, or simply providing preventative care, I am committed to working with my patients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. I believe that the key to good health is a partnership between patients and their healthcare providers, and I am dedicated to fostering that partnership with each and every patient I see.
