Our front-desk team verifies your OWCP claim number, insurance, or self-pay setup before your visit. If anything is missing, we flag it early so your first appointment runs smoothly.

Clinical evaluation
Your provider will review your injury history, complete a physical examination, and discuss the documentation required for your claim. Plan 45–60 minutes for an initial visit.

Treatment plan and documentation
You leave with a clear plan: referrals if needed, return-to-work documentation, and a follow-up schedule. Clinical notes are completed the same day.
