Careers at NuThera.

A physician-founded outpatient medical practice in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, hiring clinicians who care about doing the work properly — not just clocking volume.

NuThera is actively hiring for 2 roles across our Las Vegas and North Las Vegas clinics. All NuThera roles are clinic-based across our Rainbow (Las Vegas) and Aliante (North Las Vegas) locations. We treat federal workers' compensation, occupational and personal injury, and primary care patients. Same-week response on qualified applications. Email admin@nuthera.us.

Why NuThera

A real clinical practice — not a lead-gen template.

NuThera was founded in 2023 by two PA-Cs who'd worked at Columbia University Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, and across more than thirty years of military, emergency, and primary care. We built the practice we'd want to work in.

Multidisciplinary by design

MDs, physician assistants, and physical therapists work side by side. Cases are co-managed, not hand-offed.

Credentialed practice

OWCP- and DOL-enrolled, SDVOSB certified, Nevada GOED Tier 2 Emerging Small Business. Real federal credentials, real clinical work.

Room to grow

We just relocated the Las Vegas clinic to a larger Suite 111 office at 5765 S. Rainbow Blvd. Growing practice, room to shape your program.
