NuThera offers seven clinical services across our two Las Vegas locations: DOL Injury Recovery, Injury Recovery & Physical Therapy, Personal Injury Care, EmSculpt Neo Functional Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Primary Care, and Medical Weight Management. Every service is physician-led and offered under one coordinated clinical team.

Federal workers' compensation (OWCP/DOL) injury care is our primary clinical specialty. Injured federal employees, longshore workers, and energy workers make up the largest share of our patient panel. Our rehabilitation stack — physical therapy, personal injury care, EmSculpt Neo, and pelvic floor PT — is built to support that population plus community patients recovering from auto accidents, sports injuries, and post-surgical cases.

Yes. Most services accept major commercial insurance plans including OWCP/DOL (for federal workers' comp), Medicare, and standard PPO/HMO networks. Personal injury care is typically billed on a lien basis against the eventual settlement. Cash-pay and self-pay options are available for wellness services like Medical Weight Management. Our Rainbow (5765 S Rainbow Blvd, Ste 111) and Aliante (in North Las Vegas) locations both offer the full clinical stack, with the same providers rotating between sites. If a specific provider is required — for example, our Pelvic Floor PT with Connie Pirkle — scheduling will match you to the location that fits their day.
