We're SDVOSB-certified (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business), Nevada GOED Tier 2 designated, and DOL-enrolled across all major federal injury programs. Two clinics in Southern Nevada serve federal workers, injured patients, and the broader community. Legal entity: Vegas Visiting Physicians Associates DBA NuThera.

Why NuThera exists.
NuThera was founded by a team of emergency medicine–trained clinicians who saw the same pattern repeatedly: injured workers — especially federal employees — caught between a complex claims system, fragmented medical care, and documentation requirements that could make or break their recovery.
Claims were being denied not because the injuries weren't real, but because the medical reports didn't meet OWCP's specific standards. Patients were bouncing between unrelated specialists without a coordinated plan. Workers were returning to duty too soon, or staying out too long, because no one was connecting the clinical dots.
We built NuThera to fix that. Our team treats the full person — clinically, administratively, and operationally — so patients can focus on getting better, and their claims have the documentation they need to be accepted and supported.
