We verify benefits
Our billing team verifies your coverage, confirms accepted conditions (for OWCP), and identifies any authorizations needed before your visit.

Pre-visit confirmation
You receive a confirmation with your appointment details, estimated patient responsibility (if any), and a link to intake forms.

Visit and billing
We submit claims directly to your payer. For OWCP, we bill DOL directly — patients typically have no out-of-pocket costs for accepted conditions.
