Mendel Romanenko, DPT

Mendel Romanenko is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in outpatient orthopedic, post-operative, and neurologic rehabilitation. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University, and brings clinical experience treating diverse musculoskeletal populations across high-volume settings — with a focus on evaluation, differential diagnosis, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

His clinical training spans outpatient and acute care rotations across Mount Sinai Health System, SPEAR Physical Therapy, and JAG Physical Therapy in New York City, where he treated orthopedic, post-operative, neurologic, vestibular, and medically complex patients. At SPEAR Physical Therapy in Manhattan, he has managed spine, extremity, and overuse conditions — including low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathies, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain — and provided specialized return-to-performance care for athletes and performing artists.
