About Jesse.
Jesse Harvey brings over 30 years of healthcare experience as a foreign medical doctor and physician assistant. He serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Physician Assistant Studies Program, where he trains medical assistants, phlebotomists, EMTs, nurses, physician assistants, and medical students in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, and pediatric advanced life support.
Jesse's career was shaped by his military service. He served as a combat medic, EMT, nurse, and physician assistant in the U.S. Army, and as a TCMC (Tactical Combat Medical Course) instructor trained military personnel in life-saving tactics for deployment in austere environments. He is currently writing a book on his time as a TCMC instructor.
As NuThera's Clinical Director, Jesse leads clinical governance and care coordination across the practice. He applies his clinical and educational expertise to injured federal employees, creating personalized treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term recovery needs. His calm, methodical approach in complex cases makes him a trusted clinician for patients navigating difficult injury claims.
